Chlorinated Polyethylene Resin (CPE 135A)

Chlorinated Polyethylene Resin As an excellent impact modifier, chlorinated polyethylene thermoplastic resin is widely used in PVC extrusion and injection molding products, including profiles, pipes, sheets and fittings. The addition of a small amount of CPE resin can greatly enhance the impact resistance of rigid PVC and improve its processing fluidity. In addition, due to its good chemical resistance, outstanding low-temperature performance, high filling capacity, excellent weather resistance and remarkable compatibility, CPE resin is used in a wider range of formulation systems.

Chlorosulfonated polyethylene/Hyperion

Chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) is an elastomer with a fully saturated main chain and side chains, which can be vulcanized using various crosslinking agents. Due to its unique molecular structure, CSM vulcanizates exhibit excellent ozone resistance and weather resistance. Furthermore, appropriately formulated CSM vulcanizates possess excellent heat resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and aging resistance. Sunpren's CSM series products offer superior mechanical properties and solubility in organic solvents, making them widely applicable in rubber applications such as automotive hoses and rollers.

Product Applications 1,Rubber hoses Automotive power steering hose, oil filling hoses, cooling hoses for gear-box oil, anti oil hoses. 2,Wire and cable With excellent wear resistance, heat resistance, low water absorption, sun resistance, ozone resistance, corona resistance, CSM can be used as wire and cable jacket;  Under high temperature, with good color stability and UV resistance, it can also be used to produce color wire and cable jacket variety different applications. Wire and cable jacket made of CSM meet the standards of IEEE and it is already used in nuclear stations, special cables like electrical and arc resistance cables, locomotive cable, rail transit cables, wind energy cables, electric vehicle charging cables. 3,CSM rubber cloth With excellent heat aging resistance, ozone resistance, weather ability, high temperature and low temperature resistance and flame retardant properties, CSM can be used as shed fabric for rail train,bus train.  In rubber cloth fields, CSM is also used in large quantity, including bridge cable rubber binding strap, yacht rubber cloth, inflatable dinghy rubber cloth, outdoor tent, inflatable pool, oil fence, bus wind shield cloth, building roof waterproof material, protection mat in power plant. 4,Adhesive In the field of adhesives, CSM free radical curing adhesive compositions excel in improving the peel strength between substrates.
