Ca/Zn Stabilizer for SPC Floor

Our Ca/Zn stabilizers are mainly multifunction Ca/Zn compound stabilizer with environmental protection. It is made through special processing technology and does not contain lead, cadmium,tin and other banned ingredients. It is in line with the EU ROHS Directive requirements and certified by SGS testing. Safety, environmental protection index meet the relevant requirements. The product can replace the expensive organic tin stabilizer in the formulations of the rigid PVC transparent products. Main Components: Complex blend of Ca -Zn soaps. Physical Properties: Appearance: White or light yellowish powder Volatility : < 3% Product Properties -- It can directly replace complex lead stabilizer, applied to the processing of SPC Floor ; -- This product is a non-toxic, no harmful metals and other harmful chemicals, a new type of environmental friendly stabilizer -- with excellent thermal stability and processing ability, no sulfide pollution; -- High efficient lubricity, good flowing, reduce mechanical wear and improve the extrusion speed, high gloss surface; -- Good compatible with pvc resin, less plating out, improve mechanical properties. Package and Storage: Packed in 20kg or 25kg paper bag (or according to customer's requirement) --Shelf-life in unopened bag is at least one year, if stored in a cool and dry place. --Do not expose bags to the weather. Opened bags should always be tightly sealed. --Product in opened bags should be used as soon as possible. --Do not pile up or move bags with metal hooks or sharp articles. It is not dangerous cargo.
